Bottle caps

  • Bottle caps

With the aim of continually adapting to meet customer demand, we have made a clear commitment to product customisation.

We have an entire graphics department, specialised in producing creative designs according to our customers’ needs. We can offer offset for large orders, high-quality tampography or “tampo til” for medium orders and innovative iPlack for small amounts.

We can also do combinations of printing, metalwork, embossing and laser.

  • Lithography

The high production speed makes this the ideal system for medium and large orders. The minimum amount is 36,000 bottle caps. It enables us to achieve good quality print finishes (175lpp). It is currently the most widely used printing system.

It can be combined with other customisation systems such as tampography, “tampo til”, iPlack, laser and embossing.

  • Tampography

The printing system developed by Sàbat allows six-ink printing, immediately giving us a view of the bottle cap with all of its colours. It makes it possible to offer the highest quality, comparable to that of photography magazines (300 lpp).

It can be combined with other customisation systems such as laser, embossing and metalwork.

  • “Tampo Til”

A system developed for printing logos, coats of arms, letters and designs in general which require small amounts of ink (a maximum of one or two inks). It enables the same logo to be printed on different coloured backgrounds (there are 36 different ones). The minimum quantity is 12,000 bottle caps

It can be combined with other customisation systems such as metalwork and tampography.

  • iPlack

Wishing to meet the demand of our customers, Sàbat has developed a new printing system, iPlack, which allows us to print small runs of bottle caps. New designs, select products and small amounts can now be printed in colour and with photographic quality.

It can be combined with other customisation systems such as metalwork and embossing.

  • Metalwork

This enables bottle caps to be customised in relief, both high relief and bas-relief. It is highly appropriate for large print runs, obtaining cap customisation at a very low cost.

It can be combined with other customisation systems such as offset, tampography, laser, iPlack or simply soldered or enamelled tin.

  • Embossing

This enables bottle caps to be customised using bas-relief. It has more definition than metalwork, since the process involves positioning a master design over the cap and applying the tonnage until the material flows, the logo from the master being embossed. This is the system used to mint coins.

It can be combined with other customisation systems such as offset, tampography, laser, iPlack or simply soldered or enamelled tin.

  • Laser

The customisation of bottle caps using laser is very versatile. High definition images are obtained, making it possible to produce logos, coats of arms and production numbers.

It can be combined with other customisation systems such as offset, tampography, “tampo til” or simply soldered or enamelled tin.
